A camless pick-up is standard on the Massey Ferguson 1 Series round baler for increased comfort and efficiency. It also reduces the power required for efficient operation. A front-mounted net binding system with a swing-away loading rack offers fast, tight, stress-free binding, while still offering best-in-class visibility of the pick-up. These balers are engineered to deliver dependable, long-lasting service, even in extreme conditions. Triple-lip sealed bearings, heavy wall aggressive rollers, debris shields and more work keep these machines in the field all season long. A combination of proven technology and durable engineering delivers a machine that can maintain bale density at higher ground speeds Designed with minimal moving parts and a vertical chamber, less power is required while still delivering an efficient operation. The MF RB.146 only requires 80 HP, while the MF RB.156 requires 100 HP. A vertical chamber works with gravity to create denser bales without adding complicated parts or higher power requirements. These balers are Tractor Implement Management (TIM) capable, enabling the baler to stop the tractor and completely cycle the bale without operator input, reducing operator fatigue. The swing-away net loading rack pivots out at approximately tailgate height, minimizing lifting and positioning of the full weight of net wrap rolls. The optional hydraulic drop floor enables operators to clear obstructions from the comfort of their tractor’s cab.
